So glad to be linking up with Leslie today for a much needed Confesh sesh. So, let's get started

I confess....

• I have told Evie if she wasn't so cute I would throw her out with the bath water...
• I have no idea where that phrase came from, but I like it
• I have excited to get back to work soon, if just for the quiet and no baby attached to my hip 24/7
• I wish hubs would get a little more on the packing train.. I mean we move in less than a week
• I am uber excited to have a backyard for my puppies again
• I weigh less than I did before pregnancy because I forget to eat and walk up and down three flights and stairs holding my 13 pound baby all day
• Seafood still does not taste as good as it did pre-preggo
• Hubs turns 37 Sunday and I ordered him a cake instead of baking one myself...
• I am obsessed with baby shorts. So.darn.cute.
• I went to DWS two weeks ago and bought three pairs of shoes and they are still in my car in the bag because I know I do not need them.
• I did the same thing at Gap.... (in my defense, I had a babysitter that day and it just felt good to be out of the house and able to retail therapy myself into feeling better).
• I may have used one or 2 not so nice words to my child, but said them in a very sweet voice at 3am when she was not wanting to go back to sleep.
• I miss blogging everyday. My goal to to get back into the swing when I go back to work.

I confess.....

I am having BOFF withdrawals! After a whole weekend with my BOFF, and life seeming perfect, she is gone and I miss her like whoa!

I finally went to the doctor for my tummy pain/issues. While she thinks its just acid/indigestion, since the pain is on my right side, she is having my liver tested to make sure its not HELLP Syndrome. So I spent the better part of the afternoon getting blood drawn, having my vitals checked and oh she threw in my glucose test while I was there. I admit the Zantac helps, but reading about HELLP is scary.

Le husband was put on mandatory overtime for the foreseeable future at work. Ick. I mean as if we do not see each other much now. But, we will take the extra $ and power through.

I am in major planning mode. We have picked out everything except a dresser and a carseat and its driving me nuts that we have not done these two things. I mean, we cannot take her home without a carseat!

The return of the sun in Dallas and a tad warm-up is making my day.

One of my best friends from law school is getting married tomorrow and I am elated! Congrats Taylor!!!

Confessional Friday

It's Friday, its gender reveal day and well its freezing cold, but who cares! So let's get to confessing.

I confess....

• I 80% know the gender of the baby, but wait til after 5:30 today and check facebook and instagram for the announcement. If not see ya back here Monday for the blog reveal.
• I may never go back to normal jeans after maternity jeans.
• Three weeks to the wedding!
• Baby W likes Starbuck's cookies at 3pm during the day.
• The next couple weeks will fly by since I am in Orlando next week for the firm retreat and then Turkey Day and then Wedding Day!!
• I cannot decide if I want a wedding program. Thoughts?
• I have no clue what jewelry I am going to wear for said wedding.
• I wish we had eloped.
• Puppies in sweaters are the best thing ever.
• Scandel rocked my socks last night.
• HTGAWM did not rock so much said socks from above.
• Document review has grown on me.
• I have the cutest gender reveal planned ever... it will be.... legendary!

Happy weekend everyone! Let's get to confessing!

I confess....

• I am wearing maternity jeans to work. Yes, I can still "fit" into my regular ones with the help of a belly band, but man these are so much more comfortable. Sexy? eh....
• I am finally getting a hair cut this weekend after too many months to count.
• I know the sex of our baby and I am making you all wait another week!
• Its one month until the wedding and I am only freaking out about my dress.
• All I want to do tomorrow is sleep all day, but I have wedding to-dos, hair to-dos and TCU takes on K-State.
• Everything I have on today is new!! Maternity jeans and top and cute booties from Sole Society! I know a photo would be nice, but that requires me to prepare in advance.

Confessional Friday

It's Friday!! The sun is shining (well at least here), its set to be 90 degrees tomorrow for some Frog football and well I get to carve pumpkins tonight. So, now let's get to a little confess sesh.

• I confess I could eat all the fruit in the world right now. Yes, all of it. Baby just wants something sweet and fruity.
• I confess I now have to go unpack my shorts from the closet for tomorrow's game since someone decided its not quite fall here yet.
• I confess sometimes I get total preggo worry and think something has happened to le baby and cry. Yup, just total freak out cry session.
• I confess sometimes I get so caught up in work I look up and I realize its past lunch, which tells me I like what I'm doing or I would be ticking away the minutes to food.
• I confess I am getting antsy about finding out what gender le baby is. I mean I just want to get a name picked out and buy something cute.
• I confess I did not watch How to Get Away With Murder last night because I opted for sleep instead. I did DVR it.
• I confess I want to hack all my hair off, but am waiting til post nuptials.
