The Sun Will Come Out

Thursday, January 15, 2015

It has been a week since I have seen the sun in sunny ole Texas. Yup, you heard me, we had a week of clouds and yuckiness. It's amazing how not seeing the sun for a week can get you down and in a funk. I truly believe in the winter blues people. There is just something to be said for the sunshine and warm breezes of spring and summer that make you feel wonderful.

So for those of you who have not seen the sun in a couple of week and might not see it for a couple more months here is some sun-speration for you!

  1. hahaha I have the same pin that you have on there last! We've had weeks where there's no sun, and all rain (and sometimes no rain and just clouds) and it is TOTALLY depressing. I remember it happened once right after Spring Break so I felt like it made me doubly depressed. Here's hoping that you get some sunshine in your life soon!!

  3. Definitely ready for some sunshine here in GA too. It was fine that it was grey and rainy while I was sick, but now that I'm feeling better, I'm ready for some vitamin D and rays!:)

  4. This is seriously killing me! Just yesterday I said that if the sun didn't come out SOON, I was literally going to go into hibernation!

  5. It finally came out down here in Houston. I was going to back flip off my building had it not shown up today.
